Swiss Army Wife

Jill Alport

Picture
Jill Alport defeated the world using her firey orange hair. Her copper smelling odour makes her family believe she was dropped off by the mailman. She gets easily, well, you know…she gets around in the shade since the sun is quite potent to her feeble distorted pigment. It is a wonder how she conquered the world, but that would be due to her fantastic flaming enthusiasm.

Zach Wolfman

Picture
Zach Wolfman loves theatre, and improv especially. If you knew him, you'd know he loves it because he talks about it all the time. He caught the improv bug in Grade 12, when he competed in the Canadian Improv Games, and has kept it in a small jar ever since. Currently enrolled in Instant Theatre's Conservatory improv program, Zach trains weekly in Alistair's dungeon for battle. In his spare time Zach also coaches the Templeton Improv Team. He teaches them Improv, they teach him how to survive on the East Side. Zach feels very lucky to get to perform with such talented people so regularly.

Elizabeth Good

Picture
Elizabeth is a survivor.
Her body is bootylicious and she doesn’t think you can handle it.
When no one is around you, she requests that you say, “Baby, I love you.”
Most importantly, she’s got a six-pack in the cooler.
The world knows her as a female version of a hustla.

Gary Yarbrough

Picture
The newest and best name in comfort technology, hilaricozitech industry's bring you the the latest upgrade in their line of Gary Yarbrough's. Machine wash on warm. Pat down to dry. If your Gary Yarbrough gets clingy simply shake and air it out. Store your Gary Yarbrough in a cool dry place with decent music. Most importantly, reward your Gary Yarbrough with a treat every time it is good.

Samuel McFaul

Picture
I am Sam. Sam I am. And I do not like Green Eggs and Ham. This is Sam's first year in UBC Improv and second year at UBC. That is all.

Forrest Elliot

Picture
Forrest was born near the small town, Greenbow, Alabama. It was clear from an early age he was a special guy. Overcoming many obstacles in his youth he went on to receive a football scholarship and become an All-American at the University of Alabama. Shortly after this he joined the army and at the end of his stint was awarded the Medal of Honor. In his free time Forrest enjoys fishing for shrimp and playing table-tennis. He is motivated by his close friend Jenny and late best-friend Bubba. He likes Improv too.

Julie Farr

Picture
My tractor broke down on I95
My grandpa's aunt is my exhusbands wife
My pickup truck was jacked and
Found just west of Ohio
That's 10700 miles north a' mexico.

Cassidy Gale

Picture
Cassidy is currently enrolled in a lifelong study to determine how often she can laugh at her own jokes. Her previous study, a quantitative look at how often she could get other people to laugh at her jokes, produced much less promising results. Long walks on the beach sicken her. So do flu viruses. Spoiler alert.

Directed by Jullian Kolstee

Picture
Jullian Kolstee has been improvising for 8 years. As well as UBC Improv, Jullian coaches Carson Graham Secondary in the Canadian Improv games, where he played from 2004 to 2009. He teaches improv to children in Lower Mainland schools through the Young Actors Project (www.youngactorsproject.ca), and to students across BC with VJ Delos-Reyes, as Seen2ways.

He has performed for Instant Theatre's Conservatory, Young and Spontaneous Festival, and Next Act Festival, Seen2ways, Victoria TheatreSports, and is the youngest player in Vancouver TheatreSports League's Rookie League.

Jullian is proud to be part of UBC Improv, and feels honoured to coach such talented, older, higher educated improvisors.
